- Our long experience has led us to develop specific products for the various applications on the various markets of which both SEKO and their customers have been leaders for years. Specialized in the design and manufacturing of dosing and transfer pumps and systems, SEKO offers a whole range of plunger and diaphragm metering pumps with flow rates from 0,6 l/h to 16000 l/h and pressures up to 1200 bar. Also process pumps are available until to 30000 l/h. The product range is completed by dosing systems, including units for the preparation, dilution, storage, and dosing of chemicals. SEKO currently supplies pumps and systems to the oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, water treatment, steel, ceramics, foodstuff, paper, textile and pharmaceutical industries which can meet API674 or API675 and ATEX explosion-proof motors.
- Plunger & Piston Metering Pumps:
Packed plunger liquid ends are made, as a standard, of stainless steel. Plungers can be hardened by surface treatment or lining. Packing can be chosen among a variety of materials: elastomers, PTFE, Kevlar, to match the aggressiveness of the pumped liquid and its temperature; the relevant connections for flushing or drain are available. The pump head is divided from the driving mechanism by an open space, preventing the pumped liquid to pollute the lubricating oil. All these pumps are designed according to API 675 Standards. Plunger pumps with fully engaged mechanism for heavy duty.
- Liquid end: SS 316 L, different material on request
- Flow-rate adjustment: manual, electrical 4-20 mA, Pneumatic 3-15 psig and/or SMART (protocol HART) servomotor and/or by frequency converter drivers
- Vertical or horizontal motor position
- Multiple head execution with different mechanism size and gear ratio.
- API 675 Standards
- CE and ATEX marking
Flow rate: from 0.1 to 4,659 lit/h at pressure up to 400 bar

- Hydraulic Diaphragm Metering Pumps:
Combining the advantages of volumetric pumps with the seal-less nature of diaphragms, hydraulic diaphragm pumps offer the solution to many dosing needs, when the pumping conditions and the fluids are hazardous or polluting also for high pressure applications. The sandwich diaphragm offers the advantage of a more compact construction, with two parallel diaphragms installed without intermediate liquid; even if one diaphragm fails the second one ensures the pump operation. All pumps are designed according to API 675 Standards. Double Diaphragm pumps with fully engaged mechanism for heavy duty.
- Liquid end: SS 316 L, PP and PVDF plastic
- Flow-rate adjustment: manual, electrical 4-20 mA, Pneumatic 3-15 psig and/or SMART (protocol HART) servomotor and/or by frequency converter drivers
- Vertical or horizontal motor position
- Multiple head execution with different mechanism size and gear ratio.
- API 675 Standards
CE and ATEX marking
Flow rate: from 0.1 to 2,515 lit/h at pressure up to 200 bar

- Process Pumps:
These pumps are the ideal solution for heavy and continuous duties where high capacities are required, critical liquids, to be handled for temperature or pressure reasons, maintaining the advantage of volumetric pumps. If coupled with appropriate drivers with frequency converters, it is possible to vary the capacity in a wide range. Reciprocating Triplex pumps are designed according to API 674 Standards.
- Liquid end: SS 316 L, 304 SS or C.S., different material on request
- Flow-rate adjustment: by Frequency Converter
- API 674 standard
- Double head execution
Flow rate: up to 60,000 lit/h at pressure up to 1,200 bar

- Dosing Systems:
SEKO has linked its success to a wide range of industrial fields by supplying complete dosing and injection packages throughout the world. SEKO is organised as a true technical consultancy service to each individual customer from the preliminary stage of the project through to the ordering, design, manufacturing, and after sales technical assistance. In addition standard injection dosing units specific for Oil & Gas application are available; solar panel energy supply on specific request.
- Polymer Preparation Units:
The preparation tank is divided into three sectors: dissolving V1, maturing V2 and storage V3, interconnected by siphons that form a preferential path necessary for the formation of a top quality solution. The powder from the dosing unit comes into contact with the water, which, appropriately sprayed, from a nozzle, carries out the important action of dispersion. The water/powder mixture then drops into the tank below where the dissolving phase begins. In dissolving sector V1 a slow agitator keeps the contents of the tank in movement, thus favoring homogenization of the solution. The siphon transfers the solution to the maturing sector V2 where another slow agitator keeps it homogeneous until maturing is complete. Then the solution is transferred to storage sector V3 from which it can be transferred for use. The level switches installed in this sector control plant automatic functions:
High and normal level switch: when the solution reaches the high level this switch stops the powder dosing unit and closes the water inlet solenoid valve. In the normal level position it enables dosing unit functioning and opens the water solenoid valve. Low level switch: when the solution falls to minimum level this switch stops the dosing pump and lights up an alarm indicator on the electrical switchboard.
